My friend Bux and I have been exchanging stories about street celebrities and this man was of signifigance because I have never met him. Until one day when I least expected I seen him taking his ferrets for a walk so I asked for a photo and he said refering to the rats "you'll have to ask them" So I did and followed with a few photos.
